1. Terms of use

Acceptance. By using Resume Builder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service. Resume Builder provides tools that analyse text you paste, and draft a summary, cover letter, achievement bullets and interview questions. It is a writing aid.
You check the output. You are responsible for everything you send to an employer. Check every statement against your real experience and qualifications. Do not claim skills, dates, results or qualifications you do not have.
No guarantee. We do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, employment or any outcome. Job listings and third-party links are provided for convenience and are not endorsed.
Acceptable use. Do not use the service to submit false information, to scrape or overload it, to attempt to access other users' data, or for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services. Links to other sites and services are not controlled by us. Their own terms apply.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

2. Privacy notice

What we handle. The resume and job text you paste, and the name, target role and company you enter.
How it is processed. If you use the AI features, your text is sent to our processing service and then to an AI provider (Groq) to generate the output. It is not stored by Resume Builder after the response is returned.
Browser-only mode. The keyword check runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter in that mode is sent to us.
Do not paste sensitive data. Remove your date of birth, tax file number, bank details, government identifiers and health information before pasting. These are not needed to tailor a resume.
Your rights. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at the address below.
Privacy law. We aim to handle information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

3. Refunds and cancellation

Pricing. Each resume package costs $9.99 AUD and is a single-use purchase for one resume and one job advert. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Pay again for each new resume.
Refunds. If the service is faulty, unavailable, or fails to produce any output for a purchase, we will refund or re-run it. Once a package has been generated and used, refunds are considered case by case. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Copyright and intellectual property notice

Your content. You keep the rights to your resume, job text and anything you write. You give us only the limited permission needed to process it and return the output.
AI output. Drafts are generated for you to edit and use. You are responsible for checking them before use.
Other parties' content. Job adverts and company names belong to their owners. Their use here is for reference only.
Reuse. Do not copy, resell or reproduce the site or its code without written permission.
Reporting. If you believe content here infringes your rights, email aussienexusgroup@gmail.com with details and we will review it.
